Our commitment
is to the client. Our professionally trained staff, many of whom are recovering persons themselves, is fully qualified and dedicated to the recovery of those we serve. The multidisciplinary group of professionals who make up our clinical team each contribute their areas of expertise to the development of an individualized and comprehensive treatment plan. The team acts as a cooperative unit, actively working to share their knowledge and provide therapy addressing those aspects of the disease which affect people differently.

As an agency providing treatment services to people, we have an obligation to promote the worth, rights, and opportunities of the individual. This obligation applies to clients, staff, other professionals, and the general community. It requires that all our representatives be expected to perform ethically in all endeavors. Ethical behavior results from personal commitment rather than edict. ARA’s Code of Ethics is a guide to ethical behavior and ascribing to this code affirms the zeal of the individual to act ethically in all he or she does as a representative of our agency.
