If you are coming to the ARA in Idaho Falls from out of town... From the north (Rexburg, for example): Get on the highway heading south to Idaho Falls. If you are coming from Rexburg, you will pass exits for Rigby, County Line Road, and Ucon. When you reach Idaho Falls, get off on the first exit (you'll see a truck stop to your right). At the light, turn left onto Holmes Ave. Drive down Holmes for about a mile and a half, until you come to another light. At this light, turn right onto Anderson. Drive on Anderson until you come to another light. At this light, turn left. The road will curve sharply to the right, take your first left after this curve (onto Ada). Follow this for several blocks until you reach a hill. Just after the hill, turn left onto Elva. Find 163 and you've found us! Also, if you miss the first left (onto Ada), don't worry - all of the other roads in this area will get you to us as well - just follow one of them straight until you find Elva, and then turn left onto Elva. From the south (Pocatello, for example): Get on I-85 going south to Idaho Falls. If you are coming from Pocatello, you will pass exits for Blackfoot and Shelley, most notably. DO NOT take the first exit, wait until you begin to see several buildings and an exit for Broadway. Get off on the exit AFTER the Broadway exit. This will be US Highway 20. You will see an exit that will lead you restaurants (notably Denny's and Outback Steakhouse), then an exit that will take you by the river. Take the second exit after you get on Highway 20 (the one that will take you to Riverside Drive and Memorial Drive). There is no stop or yield sign at this exit - it merges with traffic. Just after a slight bend in the road will be a community park. Elva forms a T with Riverside Drive at this park. Turn left onto Elva and follow this road for several blocks. You will go up a hill and about two blocks after that will be the block we are on. Find 163 E. Elva and you have found us! If you are already in Idaho Falls, or if the above made no sense: Find Fred Meyer's on Lincoln. Get on Lincoln heading toward Freeman Park (West). You will pass over two sets of railroad tracks. After the second set of railroad tracks will be a stop light. At this light, turn left. The road will curve sharply to the right, take your first left after this curve (onto Ada). Follow this for several blocks until you reach a hill. Just after the hill, turn left onto Elva. Find 163 and you've found us! Also, if you miss the first left (onto Ada), don't worry - all of the other roads in this area will get you to us as well - just turn left onto one of them and follow it forward until you find Elva.
