High on the list of things not to do is to do nothing. Addiction does not ‘get better’ on its own. The fact is that the damage is ongoing and usually effects directly those least responsible – children. Not all clients are parents but many are. Getting the use stopped and positive things started needs to start with information and a plan. We are not selling anything. Often we are trying to offer approaches to help which very often is not with us.
